The Opportunity

• Ownership of sustainability reporting in line with ASRS, ensuring robust processes, controls, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Treasury to optimise working capital, operating cash flow, and balance sheet management.

• Lead and support strategic and operational projects, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation.

Your Background:
You’re a finance leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to balance technical expertise with strategic acumen. You’ll succeed in this role if you:

• Are a Qualified Chartered Accountant and ideally Big 4 trained.
• Bring a strong foundation in AASB S2 and sustainability reporting standards.
• Possess exceptional analytical skills and the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Have a proven track record in process improvement and managing large-scale strategic projects.
• Communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Are a collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
