This is a senior, hands-on finance leadership role partnering directly with the CEO and running the day-to-day finance function for a growing civil construction business.

This is a hands on leader role. You will be across the detail while also contributing commercially at an executive level.

The type of person this suits - Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller level in construction, civil, engineering or contracting
- Strong in project accounting, revenue recognition and cash flow
- Comfortable being hands-on in a mid-size business
- Commercial, practical and able to deal with non-finance stakeholders
Civil Construction experience is essential.
