M&A Modelling Expert - 3 to 6 Month Contract

This is not a desk-warming, review-only role.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done, make-an-impact role.
 
In the middle of several live M&A deals, three or four at any given time and we need someone who can build exceptional models, run robust feasibility and scenario analyses, and deliver clear, actionable outputs for decision-making.
 
You’ll be working side-by-side with the CFO as their right hand, diving straight into complex projects, structuring models from scratch, and using AI and your own smarts to move fast.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Building and refining detailed M&A financial models (from the ground up)
• Running feasibility studies and scenario analysis to stress-test deals
• Partnering directly with the CFO to shape strategic decisions
• Working across multiple live transactions at once
• Managing special projects with minimal direction and maximum impact

What we’re looking for:

• A doer, not a reviewer, someone who takes ownership and executes
• Strong M&A modelling and feasibility analysis skills
• Commercially sharp with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience leading modelling work, not just following a playbook
• Ability to walk into a fast-moving, high-pressure situation and know exactly what to do next
• AI-literate and able to leverage tools for speed and accuracy
