• Have deep, established relationships with key players across equity capital markets, including major investment banks, institutional investors, and corporate advisory groups.
• Possess strong expertise in leading IPOs, secondary offerings, capital raisings, and M&A transactions.
• Are a strategic, results-driven leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior executives and board-level clients.
• Have a proven ability to lead and inspire teams while driving operational excellence and commercial growth.
• Exhibit superior analytical and negotiation skills, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and measurable business impact.
