Here’s what you’ll actually do:

• Lead from the front, mentor your team, and show them how it's done
• Redesign the chart of accounts and improve reporting frameworks
• Get the month-end process accurate and efficient
• Upgrade AP and AR processes from manual to modern
• Train and upskill staff with proper workflows and accountability
• Leverage SAGE and implement AI tools to streamline reporting
• Put proper CAPEX procedures in place
• Be the go-to person for financial insight across the business

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Are CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA qualified
• Have experience in setting up or transforming finance functions
• Have strong systems skills, ideally SAGE, and love building efficient processes
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Aren’t afraid to get into the weeds and lead by example
