As the Group Finance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of their expansion, shaping the finance function while mentoring and developing your team.

Your role will include:

• Leading statutory and management reporting, from trial balance through to accounts
• Hands-on involvement in month-end close, journals, and reconciliations
• Engaging with external auditors and senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships
• Mentoring and leading a small but capable finance team
• Driving process improvements, leveraging technology, and embedding best practice
• Partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy and support growth

This isn't just about producing numbers. It's about influencing decisions, building financial control, and driving performance across the business.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have ASX reporting experience, including preparation of statutory accounts
• Bring proven month-end experience, with balance sheet reconciliations and journal postings
• Have managed or mentored a small team, and can show presence as a leader
• Are CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA qualified
• Communicate with impact, engaging auditors and senior leaders with confidence
• Bring accountability, energy, and a strong work ethic
