Financial Controller - Distribution

What you will take ownership of

- Group month end, consolidations, and statutory reporting for Australia and New Zealand
- Budgets, forecasts, performance analysis, and executive level insights
- Internal control design, risk management, and financial governance
- Cash flow management, banking relationships, and working capital optimisation
- Finance systems improvements, reporting automation, and process excellence
- Leading and developing the finance team while setting high standards across the function

What you bring

- CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA
- Strong experience in financial control and leadership across multi entity environments
- A background in distribution, consumer products, or similar sectors
- Deep understanding of reporting standards and financial governance
- A balanced mindset that blends precision, commercial thinking, and hands on execution
- Confidence to influence senior leaders with clarity and insight
