Finance Operations Transformation Manager - 12-18 Month Contract

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and support smooth daily AP and AR operations
• Lead transformation projects from purchase-to-pay to automation initiatives
• Partner with Digital Transformation, IT, and Procurement to roll out scalable solutions
• Implement new tools, test integrations, and ensure readiness for legislative reforms
• Train, guide, and support your team as they adapt to new systems
• Simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and empower your people

What you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience in AP or AR
• A track record of driving change and gaining buy-in
• ERP smarts (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar)
• Exposure to automation tools like Blackline (a bonus, but not essential)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills
• The ability to build trust, resolve escalations, and get results
