- Genuine variety from cashflow and forecasting through to project costing, procurement, and supplier conversations
- A proper understanding of how the business makes money, not just reporting on it after the fact
- Ownership of FX hedging strategy, not just watching exchange rates move
- A team that's easy to work with. No egos, no layers, just people getting on with it
- Northern Beaches location. Free Parking. Local life made easier

- Job costing, margin analysis, and project profitability tracking
- AP, AR, progress billing, and full bookkeeping in MYOB
- Payroll across office and installation teams, plus HR support
- Reporting, budgeting, and BAS/IAS prep for the external accountant
- International procurement, overseas supplier payments, freight, and landed costs
- FX exposure management through active hedging strategies
You'll also work closely with leadership to tighten things up as the business grows.
What they're looking for - A current Finance Manager, or a strong Senior Accountant ready to step up
- Someone who actually enjoys being in the detail
- Comfortable being pulled into different parts of the business
- Can juggle a few moving pieces without losing the plot
- The type who just gets on with it
The bottom line If you want a role where you're involved, can see the impact of what you're doing, and work with a decent group of people, this is a good one.
