Finance Manager - Distribution

This is a hands on Finance Manager role with real influence. You will improve processes, lift reporting quality, support commercial decisions and lead a capable team that services the entire ANZ business. What you will be responsible for

- Manage month end and deliver accurate, timely reporting
- Strengthen controls, compliance, governance and audit readiness
- Oversee AP, AR, inventory and cash flow to improve working capital
- Improve systems usage and reporting quality across ERP and BI tools
- Lead and mentor two Financial Accountants, building a high performing team
- Partner with Operations, Sales and Supply Chain on margin, inventory, rebates and commercial decisions

What you need to bring

- CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA
- Strong background in financial accounting or financial control
- Experience in distribution, consumer electronics or FMCG
- Technical strength in AASB and IFRS
- ERP experience, ideally NetSuite, SAP or similar
- Ability to lead a small team with confidence and care
- Advanced Excel and comfort with BI tools
- A commercial mindset, strong communication skills and a proactive approach
