Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting. Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial plans are aligned with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Cash Flow Management:
  Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company’s financial health. Recommend and implement solutions to optimise working capital and improve financial efficiency.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure the team is well-equipped to meet the evolving financial needs of the business.
• Strategic Decision Support:
  Provide financial analysis and insights to the senior leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. Participate in business reviews, product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
• Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
  Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency. Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:

• CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant financial experience, with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven experience leading a finance function within a fast-paced, growing company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
