Position Overview:
The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in collaborating with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights that shape strategic and operational decisions. You will be responsible for aligning financial plans with business goals, analysing performance, and offering recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  Provide financial insights and analysis to support business leaders in making informed decisions. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial models to guide the company’s financial direction.
• Performance Management:
  Partner with various business units to track financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and areas for improvement. Recommend actions to optimise performance and profitability.
• Business Partnering:
  Collaborate closely with operational, commercial, and senior management teams to align financial objectives with business strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing guidance on cost management, revenue generation, and capital allocation.
• Reporting & Insights:
  Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, providing detailed insights into business performance. Present analysis on trends, KPIs, and financial risks, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Cost Control & Efficiency:
  Analyse costs and propose strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses. Work with department heads to monitor and manage expenses effectively.
• Project Support:
  Provide financial support for key projects, new business initiatives, and product launches. Conduct financial due diligence and evaluate the potential return on investment for new initiatives.
• Strategic Decision Support:
  Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership to support long-term strategic planning. Assist in business reviews, growth strategies, and market entry decisions.

Qualifications:

• CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial experience, with demonstrated success in a business partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
